Prayers for Missions
Two prayers are provided for the help and blessing of the work of establishing missions for Christ.
The first is a short prayer easily added to one’s prayer rule. This would be a good addition for any member of our parish.
The second is slightly longer but is beautiful.
Paschal Hours
The Hours will be sung once Pascha night between Matins and the Liturgy while the Liturgy of Preparation (Proskomide) is completed in the altar. They will also be sung at the start of Agape Vespers (as well as at Vespers and Liturgy all Bright Week).
They also may be said or sung in place of one’s normal morning and evening prayers during Bright Week (that is, from the Monday through the Saturday immediately following Pascha).
